Purchasing a home can be very stressful. Tim Pascarella and Trish have made every step of the way extremely easy and more importantly stress free.
The most proven way you believe in a company and their employees is by referring friends. I have numerous friends and family that work with Ross/Tim and Trish and all would say the same. Thanks for all you do and continue to do to help. #5stars

Tim Pascarella and his team were truly fantastic to work with buying my first home. Not only did they answer all of my questions (there were a lot), but they also helped ensure all steps were completed in a timely manner and kept me up to date real time. I have heard such horror stories from other people about buying a house, but Tim and his team made the process so much more stress free. I would definitely recommend them and will plan to use them myself in the future.
